Cold Front Moves Across South Plains

Posted:

Monday's high temperature of 71° peaked early. Now a cold front is slowly making its way south across the region providing for much cooler temperatures in its wake.

This afternoon will be mostly cloudy, breezy and cool. There is also a slight chance of rain. Temperatures are expected to fall into the 50's.

Tonight, rain is possible. It may even be heavy at times, so watch for water in low lying areas. It may also be foggy, breezy and much colder. The low temperature is expected to be around 49°.
