Jury Selected in Paul Timms Trial

A jury has been selected and testimony began Monday in the Lubbock trial of Paul Timms.

Timms is on trial for the severe beating of Tommy Yugovich, 23, in 2007. Timms was in jail at the time, but is still charged because prosecutors believe recorded phone conversations show he ordered the robbery-beating.

Timm's wife was convicted last week and another co-defendant pleaded guilty.
