Animal Shelter Location List Narrowed Down

The proposed list of locations for Lubbock's new animal shelter is down to four. 

The Animal Shelter Advisory Board met Tuesday to scale down the number of possible locations. The number one site on the their list is McAlister Park.

The Advisory Board and the Health Board will present recommendations at the next regular City Council meeting.
