Timms Found Guilty of Aggravated Robbery

It took a Lubbock County Jury less than an hour to convict a Lubbock man of aggravated robbery.  

Paul Timms was found guilty for ordering the robbery and beating of Tommy Yugovich in 2007.   Timms will be sentenced sometime next month. He faces 15 years to life in prison.

Last week Timms' wife, Tammy, was convicted for her role in the robbery.
