Microsoft is suing a Plainview company for infringement.

The company claims that Epic Computer Solutions and its owner Johnny Rose are selling counterfeit copies of their software and using Microsoft's trademark logos.

Microsoft is asking for a court order to stop Rose and Epic Computer Solutions.

And Microsoft is asking a federal judge to let the company confiscate what it calls "illegal" profits.
