Future Lubbock Animal Shelter Locations Narrowed Down

The future site of Lubbock's new animal shelter is a step closer to being decided. The choices have been widdled down to seven.

The Lubbock Health Board and Lubbock Animal Shelter Board met Thursday morning, and made their recommendations to the City Council. The groups both agree on either McAlister Park or a building at 6302 Iola.
