Major Projects Still on City's List - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Lubbock City Council approved a resolution allowing them to move forward with some city projects. Although no bonds have been approved or sold, the projects include 4.6 million dollars for a Visitor Center and 12.5 million for an overpass at North Loop 289 & Slide Road. NewsChannel 11 is told this resolution does not necessarily mean that bonds will be sold for these specific projects. We'll follow these city projects and bring you more information as it is available.
