Seminole Man Charged With Animal Cruelty - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Seminole man faces animal cruelty charges, after police arrest him for allegedly dragging a dog behind his truck. Police Chief M.D. Brown told the Seminole Sentinel that they arrested 31-year-old Luis Delgado on Monday evening.

Officer's report seeing Delgado dragging a small terrier by a leash attached to the ball hitch of his pick-up. Chief Brown says the dog was injured, but it appears it will make a full recovery. Delgado is free on bond.
