Woman Killed in Fatal Collision in Northwest Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Police say a Lubbock woman was killed, when the driver of another car ran a stop sign. 

The crash happened Sunday, around 2:30 a.m. Investigators say Charity Farthing, 21, failed to stop at the flashing red light at 19th and Milwaukee and collided with another vehicle at the intersection.

A passenger from that second vehicle, Mary Hernandez, 47, was thrown from the back seat. She later died at University Medical Center.

Another passenger from that vehicle and a passenger from Farthing's car were hospitalized with serious injuries.
