The title of Tuesday's Texas Tech Community Medical School lecture is "You and your medications". Dr. Seifert will review the scope of medication errors, preventable adverse drug reactions, causes of the problem, and how we as patients can improve our chances for a successful outcome from medications.
The registration desk and display booths, including the Vial of Life Program, will be open at 5:30 p.m. with the lecture starting at 6:15 p.m. In the Vial of Life program, school of pharmacy students will help patients construct a list of their medications to have available for emergency personnel and their providers.
