Four women are dead and at least one other was wounded in Donna, near Brownsville in South Texas. Detectives are questioning a 21 year-old suspect. The women were found in a car outside their mobile home. Witnesses say the suspect threatened the women after they refused to leave a bar with him. Investigators continue to search for other suspects.

San Antonio police believe bone fragments found under a house may belong to a newborn who was buried alive 36 years-ago. Police say it is too early to tell if the fragments are actual evidence. The search began Thursday after a Las Vegas woman told police she gave birth to the baby when she was 14 years-old. The woman claims her mother wrapped the child in a plastic bag and buried it in their back yard. No charges have been filed as the investigation continues.

Tropical Storm Fay continues to pound the Southeast Texas coast. Fay's strongest sustained winds are now up to 60mph with higher gusts. Galveston County emergency officials are recommending voluntary evacuations of parts of Galveston Island. Storm warnings have been posted along a 245-mile stretch of the coast from Texas to Louisiana.
