Square Dancing to Save a Life

Local square dancers kicked up their heels Saturday to help save a life. About 20 members of the Lubbock area Square and Round Dance Federation spent the morning at United Blood Services dancing across the parking lot.

The dancers performed several numbers, then took some time to donate blood. The Days of Remembrance Blood Drive continues through next Friday, September 13th. For information on donating blood or to set up an appointment, you can call UBS at (806) 797 6804.
