Money Found To Finish Marsha Sharp Freeway Phase IV - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

As of late Thursday there is enough money to finish the Marsha Sharp Freeway project.  

Phase IV had been in some trouble because the Texas Department of Transportation was short on funding, but TxDOT announced nearly $2 billion in bonds.  That's enough to pay for the Marsha Sharp Freeway between Avenue L and the Interstate plus 51 other projects.
