The capital murder trial for a Lubbock teen is scheduled to start on Monday. 18-year-old Joseph Nunez is charged with capital murder for the shooting deaths of Anthony Lopez and Gilbert Victor outside the Boom Boom Cabaret back in October of 2006. Another employee was shot in the attack, but survived.

Earlier this month 19-year-old Christopher Crittenden pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of murder for his involvement in the shootings. He's serving a 50-year-prison sentence.

In April of last year, NewsChannel 11 learned that Richard Ramirez reportedly confessed to the killings. He pleaded guilty the following month, and is currently serving a life sentence in prison.
