A jury is now seated for the final suspect in the Boom Boom Cabaret murders.
Joseph Nunez, 18, is charged with capital murder for fatally shooting employees Anthony Lopez and Gilbert Victor outside the strip club back in October 2006. A female employee survived the attack.
Christopher Crittenden, 19, pled guilty for his role in the shootings, last month. He is now serving 50 years in prison.
A third man, Richard Ramirez, confessed last year, and is now serving a life sentence.
