LISD College and Career Night

It's one of the most important choices your child will make during their teenage years: What to do after they graduate high school. Monday night Lubbock ISD will show them nearly 100 possible choices.

The district will sponsor a free area-wide College and Career Night at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday.

About 80 schools will have college recruiters on hand. Technical and vocational institutions will also have representatives available.

With college tuition at its highest ever, two financial aid information sessions will also be offered.  One runs from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. and the other runs from 7 p.m. - 8 p.m.

College and Career Night are open to all area students. Parents are also encouraged to attend.
