It is scary to watch what one man is doing on LiveLeak.com, a site similar to YouTube.  There is one man who is swinging around his nine-month-old baby like a rag doll, something he likely considers to be "playtime," and he puts it on the web for all to see.

Many parents and pediatricians are cringing at the sight of this.  Dr. Bruce Smith says that while it is somewhat safe that the motion is fluid, this could still cause whiplash, which can lead to blindness or even death.  Dr Smith adds that, "A baby can actually get a cervical spine rupture without breaking the neck bone."  Moreover, he says that swinging a child by one arm could also cause nursemaid's elbow or dislocation of the shoulder as the child is flipped over one direction and then the other.

YouTube has removed the video from their site, but parents are asking that it also be removed from other sites.
