A Fort Worth man pleaded guilty Thursday to evidence tampering in the death of a homeless man. Herbert Tyrone Cleveland pleaded guilty in a deal prosecutors made for his testimony. The homeless man died stuck in the windshield of a woman's car days after she hit him. The woman has already been indicted on charges of murder and tampering with evidence.

Live Oak County and Three Rivers City officials are urging everyone in a low-lying area to seek higher ground.
