Home Invasion Suspect Arrested

Lubbock Police have also made an arrest in a home invasion earlier this week. 

Jaffice Lee Harris III, 20, was booked Friday on burglary of a habitation with intent to commit another felony. Police suspect he was the man who broke into a house in the 3800 block of 48th Street Wednesday morning, and beat an elderly home owner with his cane.

The victim was treated and released.

Harris was also charged with robbery, for an unrelated purse snatching Thursday morning. Both are felony counts.
