Lubbock Police have released surveillance images of a man wanted for theft.

Take a close look. The surveillance images, pictured right, were captured as he entered the CVS Pharmacy at 34th and Slide on October 19, 2008. The man you see is suspected of stealing cash from a wallet left behind at the checkout counter.

The suspect is described as a white man, of average height and slender build. He stands between 5'8" and 5'10" tall, and weighs approximately 150 to 160 pounds.

The suspect was accompanied by a woman. However, the female suspect has already been identified. Both suspects left the store in a dark blue 2-door Mercury Cougar, with Texas plates 116-CWX.

If you know the identity of this suspect, you may be eligible for a cash reward. Call Crime Line at (806) 741-1000. You can remain anonymous.
