Memorial Fund Established to Assist Family of Fatal Fire Victim

A memorial fund has been set up to help the family of a fire victim. 

Clifford Carter, 61, died Sunday morning in a fire at his home near Erskine and North Flint. Investigators believe a heater in the bathroom caused the blaze. 

Donations to the Clifford Carter Memorial Fund can be made at Plains Capital Bank.
