Missing Lubbock City Council Members Delay Budget Passage

A traveling Lubbock City Council is making it hard for the city to finalize next year's budget. A final hearing was scheduled at the beginning of the month, but Mayor Marc McDougal was in Europe.

So, the council re-scheduled the final vote for Tuesday. However, Victor Hernandez and Ty Cooke were in Dallas on city business during Tuesday's meeting. The council postponed the vote again so all of the members can vote.
