Virginia Amaya, 23, is now one of NewsChannel 11's Most Wanted.

Police say Amaya's latest offense began at the Olive Garden last month. That's when investigators say the victim dropped her credit card. Authorities say before she could have it canceled, Amaya spent $1,200 on gas, food, and merchandise. 

Amaya is also accused in a September forgery case, where the victim says her purse was stolen from church, and her credit card taken and used. Amaya is also charged with a home burglary from last year, but this summer the court issued a warrant for her arrest for bond forfeiture in that case.
