Hutchison Confirms Governor Bid - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

It's no longer just a rumor - she will run for Governor. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison confirms her intention to NewsChannel 11 in an exclusive one-on-one interview.  

"Well, I am hoping to head this way soon and we are in the planning processes now. Not making an announcement but doing the planning," said Hutchison.

"So the whispers are not wrong?"  we asked, to which the Senator replied  "No."

Hutchison was in Lubbock Wednesday for a new technology announcement on the Texas Tech campus.
