Blue Moon Charged With Theft of Federal Money

A former Lubbock company is charged with stealing federal money. Blue Moon Solutions is accused of "theft of public money."

The amount is more than $400,000, and Chief Operating Officer, Christonya Hill, is also charged with stealing more than $800 of fedreal money.

Blue Moon Solutions now lists its address in Austin. The company used to be in charge of certain aspects of internet operations at Reese Center.
