A Lubbock man is behind bars, facing five counts of aggravated sexual assault. Authorities booked 39-year-old James Burton into the Lubbock County Jail Tuesday morning. He's accused of inappropriate touching with an eight-year-old family member, and then talking about it over the Internet.

An Illinois woman alerted Texas authorities to the sexually explicit chat. She told investigators the man, who they later determined to be Burton, admitted to sexually abusing the girl, and went on to say he still did.

According to court papers, Burton admitted the assault to investigators, saying he began inappropriately touching the victim at age six. Burton remained jailed Tuesday night on a $100,000 dollar bond.
