City Council Covers Playground Under Umbrella Policy

The Lubbock City Council voted unanimously to include the community built playground under the city's existing umbrella policy. The cost will be just less than $1,000 a year, and will be paid for by private endorsements. Meaning there will be no need to charge admission to the park.
