A former Lubbock company, its CEO and COO have all pleaded guilty in federal court.
Blue Moon Solutions will be sentenced at a later date for theft of government money. The company was accused of taking more than $400,000 of grant money it was not entitled to have.
The chief executive officer, Marty Hale, agreed to plead out on a misdemeanor charge of taking $800 of government money. He'll serve five years probation for that.
The chief operating officer, Christonya Hill, also agreed to a misdemeanor related to more than $800 of federal money and she will also serve five years probation.
