You have heard that laughter is good medicine and at New York University's College of Nursing, they've taken that a step farther by hiring clowns from the Big Apple Circus to teach a class to their nurses. 

It's not about being silly; it's about using humor to learn coping skills. Ultimately, the nurses learn that even inside very sick children, there is a healthy sense of humor ready and waiting for a giggle.
