Is the Lubbock man accused of kidnapping three children fit to stand trial? That's the question now before a Lubbock court.

Kenneth Wilcox is accused of taking three Lubbock children to southeast Oklahoma in November. Police say he had permission to take the kids to Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, but he and the kids never made it there. Family called police when Wilcox failed to call or return to Lubbock.

Now, federal prosecutors have asked the judge to have Wilcox psychologically evaluated. Until then, this case is on hold.
