Tammy Timms Sentenced To 40 Years In Prison - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A judge sentenced 37-year-old Tammy Timms to 40-years in prison Monday for her role in the robbery and beating of Tommy Yugovich in March of 2007. A jury convicted Timms of aggravated robbery in October.

Tammy's husband, Paul Timms was also convicted of aggravated robbery in the case. His sentencing is scheduled for Tuesday.
