'Twas a Food for Thought Christmas
It's Christmas night and all through the town,
many restaurants are closed - diners making no sound.
The ovens are off. There's no food to prepare,
as you're home with the ones that you love and you care.
But head back a week and see what's in store,
as health inspectors were inspecting for violations and more.
So, they looked and they looked and what did they find?
Four perfectly clean restaurants for Lubbockites to dine.
The first is a love affair that reigns supreme,
at 8105 Indiana, it's Dairy Queen.
Next, get ready as we take a dive,
Red Lobster is perfect at 50th and Slide.
From there we head to the Frenchman Inn,
at 19th and Quaker - they did it again!
And the final place we find at the top
is at 5510 4th Street it's the second Wing Stop.
Now all of the places are flawless that's true,
But health inspectors checked out 64 establishments for you.
To see all their scores - just go to our site.
Good feasting to all, and to all a good night.
