Council To Discuss Bond Election - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

You might be voting soon on millions of dollars of projects in Lubbock. The Lubbock City Council talks about a possible bond election on Thursday. Newschannel 11 talked to three council members by phone Friday night and some of the ideas we heard were:

• Refurbish major streets like 34th and 82nd 
• New water and sewer lines
• Renovate auditorium, coliseum, & civic center 
• New playground equipment and
• New soccer fields

Other ideas will be discussed as well. The ideas are just discussion; and there's no election date yet.
