Lubbock Towing Company Settles Suit Out Of Court, Faces More

On Monday two cases were settled out of court in the North Overton towing controversy. The people were suing because they felt they were unfairly towed during a Texas Tech game last month. Another woman won her case last week. The towing company, Texas State Legal Services, paid her more than $1,100. Both parties in Monday's settlements agreed not to speak to the media.

Five more cases are pending involving Texas State Legal Services.
