Lubbock Bond Election Talk Put Off For Another Day

Talk of a bond election has been put off. Lubbock Mayor Tom Martin was not feeling well Thursday and asked that it be delayed until the next city council meeting.  

There is no official bond election on the books yet.  It is simply a discussion item.
