Lubbock Police Seek Cigarette Bandit

Lubbock Police would like your help to find a cigarette bandit. 

Surveillance images show thes suspect entering the Tobacco Express in the 7600 block of West 19th Street. He then tried to steal a carton of cigarettes by concealing them.

Police say, when confronted, the suspect assaulted the store clerk. So instead of a theft, this case is now being investigated as a robbery.
