Police found the body of a woman who was frozen in a snow bank near Milwaukee Sunday morning.
From what police can put together, she was walking home from a bar Saturday night, collapsed in the snow, and was discovered six-hours later. It was 15-below zero with wind chill temperatures even lower than that, but the amazing thing is that she is alive today to talk about it.
Paul Seifert, M.D. of Waukesha Memorial Hospital of Wisconsin said, "It was one of the most amazing things I've seen in doing this for 22 years."
Doctors say Ross had no heartbeat or brain activity when ambulances brought her in and that she was technically dead for 90-minutes at the hospital. Wednesday, she is alive and recovering.
