Free Clinical Breast Exams

October is national Breast Cancer Month, and in light of that, University Medical Center is offering free clinical breast exams on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and you can schedule a mammogram during those hours as well.

You know, Medicare covers mammograms. But if you are not on medicare and do not have insurance, the folks at UMC will direct you to where you can get financial assistance to cover the cost of the mammogram.
