Amber Alert: Authorities Search For Iridian Julissa Rodriguez

State authorities issued an Amber Alert late Sunday evening for 11-year-old Iridian Julissa Rodriguez of Tyler. Police are concerned for her safety because Rodriguez left a note stating she could no longer live at home, and she would rather be dead, or be in Mexico.

Authorities suspect she is with 23-year-old Enrique Vasquez. Police say Rodriguez has been sneaking out of her home at night to see Vasquez. The two could be riding in a blue, 1999 Pontiac Firebird with Texas License place T31-NJW. The car is missing the passenger side door mirror.

If you see either Rodriguez or Vasquez, you're urged to call the Tyler Police Department at (903) 531-1000.
