A Levelland motorcyclist remains in critical condition at University Medical Center after a collision west of Lubbock Sunday night.
Authorities say 58-year-old Joe Knox was travelling with a group of motorcycles, when he collided with a pickup, just after 8 p.m. The driver of the pick-up, 59-year-old Becca Jean Pike, was not injured. DPS is still investigating the cause of the crash.
Another man is recovering at UMC, following a fatal accident in Lubbock on Saturday night.
John Garner, 24, remains in serious condition after his vehicle was struck head-on, on West 4th Street. Police say the second vehicle, driven by 20-year-old Tiffany Summers of Andrews, had crossed the center line and veered into oncoming traffic. Summers was pronounced dead at the scene.
