Grand Jury Hands Down Aggravated Sexual Assault Indictment

Felix Ramirez, 43, is now indicted on a charge of aggravated sexual assault. Police reports state he violated a child in September 2008 and then fled the scene.

Wednesday night, Ramirez was jailed on a $75,000 bond.
