Lubbock Man Indicted For 1999 Murder - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

It took three years, but now a Lubbock grand jury indicted a man for a 1999 murder. 41-year-old Kenneth Warwick is accused of stabbing 31-year-old Paul Tolonen to death.

Police say witness statements led to Warwick's arrest back in July. Police found Tolonen's body in June of 1999. He had been badly beaten and stabbed and then dumped in Mackenzie Park.
