Here's a look at the four top performing restaurants:

Shogun Japanese Steak House at 4520 50th Street cooks up another perfect score, as does Glazed Honey Ham Co. at 3424 82nd Street.

Next we head over to Sonic Drive-In at 4611 34th Street. This America's drive in location takes the prize with a flawless inspection. Finally Kentucky Fried Chicken at 5004 Slide Road proves that life is better with zero critical violations.

This week's lone low performer is Carino's Italian Kitchen at 6821 Slide Road. Health inspectors cited them for six critical violations.

• Five cooling units were keeping food between 44 and 50 degrees. Cold foods must be 41 degrees or below.
• Thermometers in cooling units were not properly calibrated.
• Employees were not able to properly wash their hands because there was no cold at a hand sink, making the water too hot.
• Dirty utensils were in a hand sink. Employees' drinks were near food contact surfaces.
• A dish wash machine was not sanitizing.
• Utensils were dirty or unusable.

Management says the health inspector returned the next day for a follow-up and everything had been corrected.
