Maybe it was only a matter of time. What is being called America's first full anti-terrorism store opened on Thursday in Manhattan.

"Safer America" is located just blocks from the site of the World Trade Center attacks. The store offers everything from survival packs, and protective vests, to a nearly seven thousand dollar nuclear, biological,and chemical detector for your car.
