A Third Candidate for Texas Governor Visits Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Libertarian candidate Jeff Daiell visited the Texas Tech campus Thursday evening. He was the key note speaker at a forum hosted by the Texas Tech Campus Libertarians and the Lubbock County Libertarian Party.

Daiell says the office of Governor should not be "a play thing for the powerful and the privileged." He says that while he has a degree in government, it is his experience as a father, taxpayer, and an active citizen that provide him with the training he needs for the office.
