Jury Selection Set To Begin Two Years After Murder of Lubbock Teen - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

James Martinez's trial will begin with jury selection on December 9th. He is charged with the murder of Sarah Rogers in October of 2000. Police found her body at the old Lubbock Downs Race Track.

Police arrested Martinez a few days after the murder. The other man charged with the murder, Kasey Cadell, will have his own trial sometime after Martinez.
