Wine and Lung Health

It turns out that white wine drinkers are helping their lungs. A study from the University of Buffalo looked at 1,500 men and women and they discovered that white wine drinkers had stronger lungs than people who either drank red wine or no wine at all.

Researchers theorize the flavonoids in the white wine are key to the improved lung function. But just like red wine for your heart, white wine for your lungs only works in moderation.
