Hanging on to Kick the Habit

If you can just hang on for two years, you will probably be free of the habit for life. That is according to Boston researchers who followed 483 men who had smoked about a pack and a half a day for more than 30 years. They found the smokers who quit for two years had a relapse risk of only 2% to 4%. So hang in there.
