Student Compete For Spelling Bee Title - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

42 students in 3rd through 8th grades competed Saturday morning in L.I.S.D.'s annual Scripps Howard district spelling bee at Irons Middle School. Taylor Etheridge from McKenzie Middle School won the contest. He'll represent L.I.S.D at the regional spelling bee next month. The winning word was morsel.
