Lubbock doctor ordered to pay fine

A Lubbock doctor is fined $1,000 and required to attend 20 hours of special training. The Medical Board says it reached an agreement with Dr. Ricardo Mateo Rodriguez.

He admits failing to properly document XRay findings and he misdiagnosed a neck injury. Official Medical Board online records indicate Rodriguez is a doctor at the Lubbock State School.
